I just enrolled in a new course, where do I go to find that now?

You will have access to that course (and all of your Academy courses) on Teachable until such time as you receive an email from us letting you know that it’s been migrated. Then you will follow the login URL provided to access your course(s) on the new platform.

Is there anything I have to do?

We’re taking care of everything behind the scenes! All you need to do is click on the URL provided when we email you letting you know your course has been migrated, and follow the prompts to log in to your new account on Thinkific.

I have lifetime access to courses on Teachable - will I still have them in Thinkific?

Yes! All courses will be migrated to Thinkific, and you will receive a prompt to log in to each one as each course migration is complete. Please note that each course must be migrated individually, so if you are signed up for more than one course you will receive more than one email as each course is migrated.

How do I know when my course(s) has been migrated to Thinkific?

You will receive an email from me followed by an email from Thinkific prompting you to log in to your Thinkific account after each course migration. Please note you will receive an email for each individual course. Once you log in you will find that course added to your Academy account on Thinkific.

What about payment plans? Will they be affected?

Sharon will be emailing you separately to help you re-establish your payment plan on Thinkific. Don’t worry - this is at no extra cost to you! You will simply have to re-enter your payment information and then continue with your plan on your next scheduled payment date. Payment plan balances will not be affected.

I’m missing courses…

Each course has to be migrated individually, and that will take time, so please be patient. If by January 30th, 2023 you are still missing access to a course please email us.

How long will the migration take?

We anticipate completing the migration by January 20th, 2023 if not sooner.

Will I still have access to my course(s) on Teachable until it’s migrated to Thinkific?

Yes

Is there any way I can maintain access to my Academy course(s) on Teachable?

No. Once the migration is complete (est. January 20th, 2023), the Academy will be deleting its account on Teachable and all data will be lost. If you have courses with other teachers or schools on Teachable that will not be affected by our migration.

Why are you migrating the Academy from Teachable to Thinkific?

We’ve found Thinkific to be more intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with the Crystalline Academy’s needs, spirit, and consciousness. It was time to evolve platforms, and we’re looking forward to growing + sharing with you on Thinkific!
