Site-Wide Refund Policies

These policies are applicable to all digital products, services, and courses, offered by Krista Mitchell, and The Crystalline Academy, Inc.

Digital products: There are no refunds or credits for digital products once the product has been accessed or downloaded. If you require technical assistance with a digital product, please email admin@krista-mitchell.com.

Services (including all private appointments and packages): There are no refunds. Cancelations require 24 hours notice prior to the appointment start time in order to be able to reschedule. There are no refunds or credits for cancelations with less than 24 hours notice, missed appointments without notice, or lateness in excess of 10 minutes after the appointment start time. In case of an emergency, please email us (admin@krista-mitchell.com) as soon as possible.

The Co-Creator Program: There are no refunds. You can cancel your program enrolment at any time by contacting admin@krista-mitchell.com and will not be charged for future months in your program, but also will not be refund for any payments made. Cancelations require 24 hours notice prior to the appointment start time in order to be able to reschedule. There are no refunds or credits for cancelations with less than 24 hours notice, missed appointments without notice, or lateness in excess of 10 minutes after the appointment start time. Any missed appointments will be forfeited. In case of an emergency, please email us (admin@krista-mitchell.com) as soon as possible.

One-Time Payments for all courses and program tuitions: All enrollment sales are final; there are no refunds or credits. Payments cannot be transferred, or credited towards future re- enrollment, delayed completion of the program, auditing, or to any other course(s) of study.

Payment Plans for all courses and programs: All payments are non-refundable and once registered you are expected to honor your commitment to complete your payment plan in full. Defaulting on your payment plan (e.g. any monthly payment is declined or fails to process) will result in your immediate removal from the program and will disqualify you from certification, if applicable. There is no grace period to make your monthly payment.Payments cannot be transferred, credited towards future re-enrollment, delayed completion of the program, auditing, or to any other course of study.Certificates will not be issued to qualifying students until such time as their payment plan has been paid in full.
