On Surrendering My Business to Spirit

(…and deepening into trust)

I’ve been in the process these past few months of deepening into my trust in Spirit, and the stone consciousness, by honoring the Universal forces that shape us and the higher powers that guide us.

I’ve been letting go of my need to control (a fear-based impulse motivated by the need for safety), and allowing myself to be guided, supported, provided-for in my life and work.

A friend had observed that it must take courage, and I agreed that it does – but I believe that Spirit, being a manifestation of All-That-Is, and the stones, being very ancient and wise, are pretty good at this guiding and supporting thing…

I’ve also made a discovery for myself:

The more I surrender and trust, the easier things get, and the more profound my work with the stones becomes.

I find that I can let go of all the negative stories I’ve had about worth, or not working hard enough, of fear or limitation. I can simply honor + follow what resonates to my Soul, and know that it will work out.

And it does.

But yesterday I realized that I needed to do this with my business, too.

The Crystalline Academy has its own spirit and consciousness. Its own purpose. Like a temple it provides access to the teachings as channeled through the stones. It creates a safe space to train in their work and forms a community for the people who come to learn, heal, and grow.

I’ve felt for a long time that it was my job to shape my business, to carry it, provide for it, take responsibility for its success. But that requires so much energy to sustain, and is that my responsibility? Or am I meant to be the priestess here?

Truth is I’d rather be the priestess. I’d rather let the Academy whisper to me, carry me, allow it to grow and expand freely in accordance with the guidance of Spirit and the wisdom of the stones.

So, I did a releasing ritual: I sat with a quartz pyramid in my garden, and I released all that I carried for the Academy into the Earth’s crystalline matrix. I released it for the stone consciousness to nurture + guide. I let it become its own entity.

I then greeted the spirit of the Academy and formed a fellowship with it, and I happily accepted the role of priestess, mage, alchemist, and guide within its etheric walls.

It was beautiful, expansive, and left me feeling even more excited for the months to come…

As light workers we are increasingly being asked to recognize + honor the consciousness in all things.

Our businesses, jobs, homes, cars, trees, candles, cards, and crystals have their own spirit, consciousness, light codes, and purpose in Creation, just as you do.

Ponder this, if it resonates, as you go about your days:

What happens when you begin to recognize the spirit + consciousness in both the physical and intangible things around you?
What happens when you form fellowship with them, and listen from your soul? (Listening from your soul always ensures that you remain in your sovereignty).
What happens when you surrender to your higher powers for guidance? To the wisdom of the stones in your keeping?
What happens when you ask to be carried? How do you feel? What changes?
