5D Crystal Healing with Selenite

Selenite has been one of my greatest spiritual teachers:

It was the spirit of Selenite who first taught me how to dissolve pain blocks with its energy back in the early 2000’s, before anyone else was talking about it.

It taught me how to use its frequencies not just to clear energy, but to encode sacred geometry and repel dark entities.

It showed me how to raise frequencies to activate pranic channels in the body, attune to angelic communication and light language. Open the akashic records that are stored in my DNA.

The secret to my success with crystals over the years has been that, while most others simply talk of their properties, I’m able to show people how to actually work with them to improve their lives.

But that hasn’t really been my secret: My real secret is that I let the crystals be the teachers themselves.

I know, that with the right approach, the magic will happen between you and the crystal every. single. time. I know this because it’s the truth of my own experience.

I honestly could have kept my years of crystal work to myself. Used it to my own advantage.

But I shared it because I felt compelled to – there’s no other path for me.

Evolving Your Crystal Healing Work

My work with crystals evolves as they evolve it, and Selenite’s once again singing us into another evolution: Channeling its light codes for fifth dimensional healing & transformation.

The fifth dimension is our next evolution, and so this work with crystals is expanding us beyond our current methodology with them, and beyond our own current possibilities as people.

Selenite is reminding us that we are the raw materials for our own new lives. That we are always capable of reshaping ourselves into what we wish to be.

But it also understands our challenge: This feels hard to do when we are weighed down, blocked, caught up in stress or old stories.

Selenite’s Spirit Medicine

Selenite is a crystal of pure, crystalline light. Its energy is serene, expansive, and uplifting to the point of elation.

It channels energy and consciousness faster than the speed of thought. Heals much of what ails our souls and reminds us that we are made of star-stuff. It reignites our imagination and spiritual abilities.

Selenite lifts our spirits to meet and dance with the angels. It clears the way to show us what’s possible…

Selenite is more than just a crystal: It is a spiritual master in crystalline form.

When you open to its consciousness, it will teach you what your soul craves to learn. It will initiate you on a path of change that you may not even known you desired, or that was possible, but that gives you great joy.

And it lets you know that not only is this path possible, it’s also your destiny, and it’s here to help you achieve it.

The one thing we can never do with selenite is ground ourselves. It provides the higher perspective + energy we need to expand, but then we still have to bridge that into our current 3D/4D reality.

So for that reason I have included a balancer here in this work in the form of smoky quartz, which helps us to embody greater light energy and weave it into our everyday reality.

The 5D Healing Practice:

Sit quietly while gently holding your selenite. Breathe and center until you feel you’ve come into a neutral place within.

Inside your selenite is a quantum universe of light. Invite that in, let it flow through your body.

Now, imagine a spirit inside of your selenite (for there is one). Silently ask it to join with you. Thank it for choosing you (for it did). Share some of your heart energy with it.

Once you feel the connection, ask the spirit of selenite to clear off your energetic field. Let it happen. You’ll notice that it does so effortlessly, without having to move it around your body.

That’s the magic of 5D healing with crystals – near-zero effort on your part. Their energy moves at the speed of thought.

When you feel complete, thank your selenite. Allow its spirit and energy to return to itself. Hold your smoky quartz for a few minutes just to help you ground and process what you experienced.
