Pairing Crystals + Solfeggio Frequencies for Healing and Transformation
I was first guided to start listening to Solfeggio frequencies by the stones when I was downloading what would become my “Istaria Crystallis™️: Crystal Alchemy + DNA Light Coding” program.
I’d sit in meditation while holding different crystals and let the solfeggio frequencies wash over and through me. It was at times a mind-blowing experience.
Solfeggio tones are electro-magnetic frequencies on a 6 or 9 tone scale whose vibrations, when sung or played in harmony, can effect healing, expansion of consciousness, miracles, and transformation.
It is believed that the energy vibrations of these tones affect us on a molecular level, right down to our DNA.
The spirits of crystal consciousness add that they activate dormant light codes in our DNA that help us to grow, heal, evolve, and reclaim more of our soul’s potential.
In times past these tones were incorporated into sacred music, hymns, toning, and chants, but now you can find hundreds of Solfeggio frequency songs and albums online.
Now I am not an expert on sound healing frequencies, but when paired with crystal energy I have noticed a palpable effect on my feelings, mindset, physical state, and level of consciousness.
There is some magic happening here when the tones and the crystal energy vibrations harmonize.
The solfeggio frequencies are as follows:
174 Hz: relieves tension and pain.
285 Hz: accelerates physical healing and tissue repair.
396 Hz: liberation from guilt and fear by transmuting or dissolving our shadow-self defenses
417 Hz: facilitates change by undoing negative patterns formed in the past and invites freedom.
528 Hz: miracles and transformation. Effects healing, change, and manifestation at a DNA level.
639 Hz: healing and balancing of relationships, both interpersonal as well as spiritual.
741 Hz: activates intuition, opens the third eye, expands the mind + thinking into new possibilities.
852 Hz: returns us to Source, to an intimate connection with our Higher Power and spirituality.
963 Hz: the tone of Light and Spirit, helps us to develop and reclaim our sense of Oneness.
Pairing crystals with solfeggio frequencies is a simple and delightful method of experiencing healing and co-creating change.
Just sit holding a crystal in your receptive hand, play a solfeggio frequency (at a comfortable volume), and relax. Let the crystal energy and the sound vibrations move through you.
