This summer I dedicated time to learning how to grow, harvest, and make medicines from herbs, and I noticed something: the plants, like the crystals, were whispering to me.

Intuitively I would feel pulled to certain herbs, or native plants or flowers growing wild in my area, only to find that they were the medicine I was seeking.

At least at first I thought it was intuition, because it's been mega-accurate since I started my Istaria Crystallis™️ journey, but my Lemurian spirit guides spoke differently:

“You're remembering. You've worked with plant medicine before.”

And, that sent chills of resonance through my whole body…

The wisdom I've channeled from the crystal consciousness + my Lemurian ancestors is that our souls are infinite, that we've led many lifetimes on this planet, and the memory of all we've learned, experienced, healed, and yes also our karma and wounds, is carried in the light codes of our DNA.

There are mysteries, magics, and profound wisdom in your blood, in the cells of your body, and as you start doing things you've done before in previous lives, you're activating those codes, and reclaiming your soul's gifts.

Ever tried something new and found it came naturally to you?
Or that you just “intuitively” felt guided to do something a certain way, and it worked?
You feel instantly, inexplicably pulled to the teachings of some ancient civilization, secret mystery school, or metaphysical practice that you hadn't heard of before?
Have you ever gone somewhere new, but had a deep feeling that you'd been there before?

That's your soul's memory, singing to you, activating DNA light codes and reawakening your ancient memory.

Here's a practice to try:

Dedicate some time each week to sit quietly with a Lemurian seed crystal, and hold it in a way that feels natural + perfect in your hand.
Touch its heart to your own, and gently whisper to its spirit, asking it to help you reawaken your soul's memory.
Stay centred in your soul, stay in the listening. Don't try to control anything with your mind. Be open and receptive.
Memories can surface to us in dreams, moments of synchronicity, or in the spark of a heart's desire. In time you'll notice newfound wisdom, heightened intuition, or feeling pulled to somewhere or something new on your path.

My tip: Trust what feels good. Honor what feels alive to you.

And remember that you didn't come here to stay the same…
